Let's face it, even the people who are closest to you have one side of them that makes you wonder why you hang out with them. Inner peace, inner peace Anyways, here are some of the annoying people I have been dealing with the past month:. Guess what, you are going to fail. You refused to put in the least amount of effort to open up the study guide that's been given to you many days before the assessment.

Oh yeah, and I have no intention of letting you "borrow" my notes for the quiz that I've been working on for hours and hours that you seem to have "lost". When you talk to them, they make it seem like talking to you is a waste of time, and they know that they're making it awkward for you which makes it a hundred times more annoying.

Their attitudes vary—from less haughty and over the clouds haughty. In my observations, they seem to enjoy surrounding themselves with people who they could benefit from. You're having a good conversation with this person—about classes, teachers, and sometimes even people. You close your eyes for one second and look around you.

She's gone. Take another look around, and there she is. Talking and laughing with another person. She seems to have not found the conversation amusing but you don't mind. You turn around and see her with someone else. To me, she seems like a honey bee giving just a bit of pollen to everyone of her little "flowers" one by one. This is not a valid email, please try again. Munch, munch, blub, nyab—how does one express those disturbing chewing noises in writing? My appetite falls right down that bottomless pit when I eat with people who have loud chews. These people constantly give me life advice that I have no intention of listening to. Outside, they make it seem like they're an all A student that has his or her life together, but deep down, you know they're one of the most disorganized and untrustworthy person in the world.

This is coming from a person who is in fact not the most cleanest, neatest person in the world. But even the average neat person gets annoyed with the people who pay no attention to the clumps of paper in their bags or the trash on the table.

It's especially annoying when you're the one who ends up having to clean it up. To those messy people—let's clean up after our own mess. This one's self explanatory. These people are so nice and generous to you when you're alone with just the two of you, but once that person meets other people they're close to, their attitudes suddenly make you really irritated.

They talk to you when they're in need of something, when they have no one to talk to, and when you suddenly start talking to their friends. But yay! I don't get to see these people for a week! Shortly after news came out that our favorite supermodel, Gigi Hadid, was pregnant with long-time boyfriend Zayn Malik, she retreated to her Instagram stories to make our favorite comfort food: pasta. I'm usually not one to give in to celebrity Instagram recipes, but honestly?

This one looked so good, I couldn't resist. Plus, you might remember that the girl won "Celebrity MasterChef" once upon a time. If she's good enough not to get cursed out of Gordon Ramsay's kitchen, who am I to brush off her recipe? This wasn't a typical vodka sauce she didn't use vodka in her version, of course. It was filled with cream, butter, and cheese — the holy trinity of good Italian cooking. Unfortunately, I'm lactose-intolerant, so I made a few adjustments. But even then, the recipe was delicious.

I doubled the recipe and also made it gluten-free for my celiac-ridden family one evening and we all agreed it was the best pasta we've ever had, so I can't even imagine what Gigi's OG version tastes like. Personally, I'm blind as a bat. So, if you're an expert at zooming in on screenshots, then be my guest.

Personally, I had to write everything down on a piece of paper. So if you're anything like me, this will be of great use:. If you're anything like me, your weekly fitness classes are a huge part of your routine. They keep me fit, healthy, and sane. Honestly, these classes help my mental health stay in tip-top shape just as much as they help my physical health. Yes, this means my personal routine is thrown a curveball, but this also means the wellness industry is one of many that is looking at unemployment and hardship.

Do I miss my Monday spin class? Of course. But do the wellness professionals whose worlds were flipped upside down have a lot more to overcome than a slight change of routine? Thankfully, if anyone can prove the ultimate flexibility, it's the wellness industry. I've always had a love-hate relationship with my skin.

My skin takes on just as many moods as I do, especially now in my late 20s. Acne is something I admittedly worry about less now than I used to, but I'm still plagued with the occasional breakout — more often than not due to stress.

Stress, of course, takes on many forms and can be ignited by many different things, but has been more prevalent than ever now that the majority of the world is quarantined in our homes. Though if that's the case, we are lucky to have the luxury our healthcare workers do not, stress is extremely prevalent either way, whether its boredom-induced, working from home has you on your computer, checking emails beyond the hours of nine to five, or you're suffering from anxiety, one of the first ways stress can manifest on the skin is through acne.

According to Dermatologist Dr. Joshua Zeichner, the best ingredients to fight stress acne are salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, retinoids, and clay.

Here are the products both him and I swear by. I, like many others in their late 20s, have two distinct phases of life through which I remember watching "Friends. Though I never rewatched it as much as some of my devoted friends and family members who memorized the series line by line, I'll never walk away when I stumble into my sister's room while she has it on. It's the classic "have it on in the background while you're doing something else" television show, and I suspect this will be the case for generations to come.

Kaitlyn released a single on Thursday called "If I'm Being Honest," not only are we introduced to her voice we didn't know she had, she showed a whole new side of vulnerability that we can all relate to.

Whether that's reading a new, motivating book, or listening to a song that speaks to your soul, there are plenty of resources to help your health thrive on any given day.

In the midst of a pandemic, many of us are experiencing changes. Whether that's going from an office to your couch or realizing how many goldfish you can eat in one sitting, our lives have been turned upside down!

This isn't just impacting our routine — our bodies feel changes just as much as our brains recognize them. There are many reasons your body changes: age and stress are the main two, both including hormonal differences that often spark the changes you see. Welcome back.

Subscribe to our Newsletter. Dear Swoonie B, So, I really like this guy, but I kind of suck at telling if any guy is interested in me. We're both quiet, too. We've spoken a few times. Our families went to lunch together, and we sat next to each other. He was making a point to talk to me. So I guess that's good? Or maybe he's just trying to be friendly? I don't know. I'm terrible at this. I guess overall I'm wondering how to show him I'm interested and pick up on whether he's interested without having to say it.

I've been rejected a lot, and I am scared of it happening again. In fact, I encourage you to believe any other scenario for your own sanity because the likelihood of it being one of the following is high. It's possible that Does that mean he wouldn't be interested if you actually started chatting? But as of right now, that's clearly not on his radar. You've healed before and you'll heal again if it doesn't go the way you hope.

So if he thinks it's weird, that's on him. A hookup?

Is Everyone Annoying Or Are You Just Sensitive?

There is so much happening around us now. Your children are driving you crazy. They are bored and just want to get out and do things. Working from home is getting really frustrating with the kids, lack of structure, and difficulty finding the time or space. Your husband is much more irritable than normal.

But some experts say that having a team in which everyone gets along extremely well also weakens it. Reason: We gravitate toward people who are like us and have similar values. All it requires is that you respect them or something about them.

My best friend gets on my nerves. Her job, her husband, her sick mother, everybody is always out to get her…it's always some drama and I can't handle it. Ask B. Scott: ‘My Best Friend Is Getting on My Nerves!’

Why is everything such a competition with her! I really think she has too much time on her hands she stays at home with her hubby all the time and barely socialises and is constantly bitching about other people like her life is better than everyone elses.. Constantly either copies or compares things to me. Problem is i also work wth her. She was absolutly mortified when i didnt ask her to be in my bridal party and since has become even more difficult to be around. She knows were not on the same kind of money and were having a hard time finding a place yet it feels like she is bragging on purpose eg. Reality will come and bite her soon! I just wish she would stop being so self indulged and think of someone apart from herself for a change. At the end of the day, the problem is clearly hers and not yours.
